Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Compliance and Operational Risk, Market Risk, Technology, or Product Management.
• Experience supporting electronic trading activities and understanding market structure.
• Familiarity with data analysis and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Assesses risks and controls to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
• Provides independent compliance and risk oversight of FLU or CF performance and third parties.
• Identifies and escalates problems, driving actions to address root causes.
• Manages inventory of processes, risks, controls, and metrics for risk appetite.
• Assists in developing independent risk reporting for governance.
• Analyzes laws to advise stakeholders and manage risks.
• Reviews and challenges risk-related processes and monitoring for regulatory changes.
