A prestigious, global hedge fund is looking to add a Compliance Officer to their New York office.

They have been one of the top-performers in the industry and are continuing to grow at an exciting rate. Having built out their presence in London and Asia, they have recently hired new PMs into their New York team, ahead of a large buildout. Hiring into their support function here has now become a top priority.

They are looking for a Compliance Officer to cover a generalist role. The core remit of the role will be trading / advisory, with the ability to interact and challenge PMs an essential skillset. Beyond this, the hire will assist the wider compliance team with responsibilities such as surveillance and core compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in equities, although experience across fixed income, commodities, and crypto would also be beneficial.
