Arise Financial in Canton, MA is seeking a seasoned Compliance Officer to lead the Credit Union's Compliance Management Program. You will ensure adherence to consumer protection laws, partner with business leaders, and guide audits and examinations to strengthen controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of compliance experience within a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial regulations (HMDA, RESPA/TRID, TILA, EFTA, FCRA, ECOA, UDAAP, SCRA).
• Professional compliance certification preferred (CUCO or CRCM).

Responsabilidades

• Administer the Compliance Management Program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct reviews across lending, deposits, marketing, and other consumer-facing functions.
• Review disclosures and communications for regulatory alignment before distribution.
• Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to leadership and staff.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory examinations and audits and track corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and updates for employees.
