Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading compliance governance models.
• Strong understanding of utility regulatory frameworks (e.g., CPUC, FERC, NERC, WECC).
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional, risk-based initiatives.
• Executive communication skills for presenting to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ability to align compliance strategy with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to Electric sub-functions to strengthen the compliance program.
• Develop tools and solutions to support compliance maturity.
• Assess Electric sub-function compliance programs.
• Perform validation activities and testing of controls for design and operating effectiveness.
• Support development and implementation of Electric’s Compliance Controls Program with cross-functional partners.
