BayOne Solutions is seeking a senior-level compliance program leader to guide the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our compliance maturity framework. You will collaborate with Electric leaders to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and drive mitigation plans with executive stakeholder engagement.

You will oversee cross-functional workstreams, enhance controls, and develop metrics, templates, and training materials to strengthen regulatory alignment and risk

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading compliance governance models.
• Executive communication skills for senior leadership.
• Ability to align compliance with enterprise goals across functions.
