Energy Jobline ZR in the Lehigh Valley, PA region is seeking a Compliance Manager to own the quality management system and lead audits onsite. This is a direct hire, on-site role focused on IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA compliance with strong emphasis on auditing and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate corrective actions, manage supplier compliance, and support regulatory requirements while collaborating with manufacturing operations to ensure audit readiness year-round.

Competenze

• Background in machining or IATF 16949 experience.
• 5–8 years in compliance, quality, safety, or manufacturing systems management.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA requirements.
• Working knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Strong auditing, root cause, and documentation skills.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to work without a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• Machining background or IATF 16949 experience (both is ideal)
• 5 to 8 years in compliance, quality, safety, or manufacturing systems management
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA requirements
• Working knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Strong auditing, root cause, and documentation skills
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable doing the work without a team behind you
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• IATF or ISO lead auditor or internal auditor certification
• ISO 14001 auditing experience
• OSHA 30, CSP, or CHMM

Compensation and benefits

• $75,000 to $110,000 base salary, depending on experience
• 10% annual bonus target with a strong payout history
• Full benefits package
• Relocation negotiable for the right candidate; local candidates
