Job summary

Exemplar Global partners with an established precision manufacturer in Lehigh County, PA to hire a Compliance Manager. This newly created role will own the quality management system first and environmental, health, and safety compliance second.

The hands-on contributor reports to senior site leadership and will lead audits, improve processes, and ensure regulatory adherence across IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA requirements, with a strong focus on automotive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years in compliance, quality, safety, or manufacturing systems.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA.
• Experience with Automotive Core Tools and strong auditing skills.
• Machining or automotive manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.
• Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits and drive corrective actions.
• Manage document control and support the use of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Manage the ISO 14001 environmental system, permits, waste, and stormwater compliance.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, including LOTO, hazard communication, machine guarding, and PPE.
• Track regulatory requirements and report compliance risk to leadership.

We are partnering with an established precision manufacturing company in Lehigh County, PA to hire a Compliance Manager. This is a newly created role to support growth.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to senior site leadership. You will own the quality management system first and environmental, health, and safety compliance second.

Pay: $75,000 to $110,000 base plus bonus. On-site. Relocation negotiable for the right candidate.

What you'll do

What you bring
