Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a dedicated compliance professional to support administration, oversight, and effectiveness of the gaming regulatory program in Virginia. The role emphasizes Law Enforcement Requests, Exclusion/Banned Patron tracking, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years of compliance/audit/finance/risk management experience.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Senior Director of Compliance with administration and oversight of the regulatory program.
• Maintain internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory procedures for agencies.
• Correspond with state regulators and coordinate investigations as assigned.
• Analyze records, identify compliance risks, and document investigations meticulously.
• Ensure Exclusion Log integrity and reconciliation, handling sensitive information confidentially.
• Collaborate with leadership to address internal audit findings and remediate issues.
• Review referrals and patron activity for potential suspicious behavior.
