Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Compliance Manager to own compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ship compliant card features.

You will own end-to-end compliance advisory for card marketing, onboarding, disputes, and servicing, review marketing disclosures and UX for regulatory compliance, and maintain risk assessments with training materials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of compliance advisory experience in financial services with card/payments expertise.
• Deep knowledge of EFTA (Reg E), TILA (Reg Z)/CARD Act, and UDAAP.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
