Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking aCompliance Manager to own compliance advisory for the affirm card program. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure features meet regulatory requirements and are built to last.

You will navigate EFTA, Reg Z/CARD Act, UDAAP, and other rules, providing risk-based decisions in ambiguous environments and leading remediation with durable fixes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a compliance advisory role within financial services.
• Experience with card, payments compliance is required.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program.
• Review marketing, disclosures, and UX for regulatory alignment.
• Lead root-cause analysis and remediation of card compliance issues.
• Prepare for regulatory exams and partner audits.
• Maintain the Card program’s compliance risk assessments and control inventory.
