Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and customer requirements through audits, policy development, and risk mitigation. You will drive a culture of accountability while coordinating with internal teams to uphold quality across the product lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, 10+ years in aviation quality, FAA and AS9100/ISO9000 knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a quality role in aviation.
• Knowledge of FAA regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9000.
• Audits and corrective actions experience.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Experience with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized, focused and results oriented.
• Problem-solving with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and manage onsite audits, including hosting external auditors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance across the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality and compliance.
• Develop and conduct training on quality systems and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations to ensure compliance with changing laws.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QMS per industry standards and regulatory requirements.

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF…

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience working in a quality role in the aviation industry.
• You have a working knowledge of regulatory standards in relation to FAA requirements.
• You have a working knowledge of industry quality management systems such as AS9100 or ISO9000.
• You have experience in coordinating/conducting audits and managing corrective actions.
• You can collect and interpret information to make data-based decisions that drive improvement.
• You have experience working with internal and external customers.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are organized, focused and results oriented.
• You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
• You have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

WE WOULD REALLY LIKE IT IF… (but it’s not a deal breaker)

• You have previous experience in an organization with ODA designation.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance trends to ensure that the company adheres to new and changing laws
• Develop, implement, and monitor QMS in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Estimated Min Rate: $63000.07

Estimated Max Rate: $90000.10
