Yoh is seeking a Distinguished Software Engineer to define and build the next generation of distributed infrastructure platforms supporting large-scale AI and enterprise deployments. This highly technical, hands-on leadership role drives architecture, production software, prototypes, and collaboration across engineering and product teams.

The ideal candidate remains actively involved in software development while guiding long-term technical direction and architecture for platform services.

Qualifications

• 18+ years designing and building large-scale distributed systems for enterprise, cloud, or infrastructure platforms.
• Expert-level Go development with deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture.
• Strong experience building microservices, gRPC services, REST APIs, Kubernetes-based platforms, and hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, telemetry pipelines, Kafka, and large-scale observability platforms.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, ArangoDB, graph databases, and time-series databases.

• Build scalable control plane services, microservices, and APIs using Go, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and Kubernetes-based architectures.

• Develop platform automation, orchestration, and AI-assisted operational workflows to improve provisioning, deployment, lifecycle management, and infrastructure health.
• Evaluate new technologies through hands-on prototyping, drive architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and collaborate across Product, Customer Engineering, and Software Engineering teams.

Distinguished Software Engineer Distributed Systems | Platform Architecture | AI Infrastructure Overview Seeking a Distinguished Software Engineer to define and build the next generation of distributed infrastructure platforms supporting large-scale AI and enterprise deployments. This is a highly technical, hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving architecture, developing production software, validating new technologies through prototypes, and partnering across engineering and product organizations to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a proven distributed systems expert who remains actively involved in software development while influencing long-term technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop distributed platform services supporting cloud, edge, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Build scalable control plane services, microservices, and APIs using Go, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and Kubernetes-based architectures.
• Design observability and telemetry platforms utilizing OpenTelemetry, Kafka, ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar technologies.
• Develop platform automation, orchestration, and AI‑assisted operational workflows to improve provisioning, deployment, lifecycle management, and infrastructure health.
• Evaluate new technologies through hands‑on prototyping, drive architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and collaborate across Product, Customer Engineering, and Software Engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years designing and building large-scale distributed systems for enterprise, cloud, or infrastructure platforms.
• Expert‑level Go development (or comparable systems programming language such as Rust or C++) with deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture.
• Strong experience building microservices, gRPC services, REST APIs, Kubernetes‑based platforms, and hybrid cloud/on‑prem infrastructure.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, telemetry pipelines, stream processing (Kafka), and large‑scale observability platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, ArangoDB, graph databases, time‑series databases, and distributed data architectures.
• Experience designing secure multi‑tenant platforms including RBAC, authentication, authorization, and enterprise identity integration.
• Demonstrated ability to prototype complex technical solutions, evaluate architectural tradeoffs, and deliver production‑quality software.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting technical designs to engineering leadership, executives, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI infrastructure, autonomous operations, LLM agents, LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP, or AI‑driven workflow automation.
• Background in network automation, infrastructure management, OpenConfig, gNMI, data center networking, or large‑scale infrastructure orchestration.
• Experience with zero‑touch provisioning, device lifecycle management, edge computing, or control plane/data plane architectures.
• Active open‑source contributions or recognized technical leadership within distributed systems or cloud infrastructure communities.
