Job summary

Foxen, headquartered in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Compliance Manager to build and operationalize its compliance program across regulatory and internal obligations. You will report to the Chief Legal & Insurance Officer and work with Legal, Finance, IT Security, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in compliance, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or a heavily regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory developments into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day monitoring of regulatory activity across insurance, landlord-tenant, privacy laws.
• Translate policies into documented processes and supporting materials.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and lead remediation efforts.
• Manage registrations, entity maintenance, and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
• Design and deliver compliance training to equip teams.
• Support vendor compliance reviews and data governance improvements.
• Prepare materials for internal compliance committees and drive follow-through.
