Job summary

RELI Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time professional to support CMS Compliance. You will conduct audits and monitoring activities, assist in developing Excel trackers, and prepare reports and SOPs for four APMs.

The role requires 3rd-year college or graduate-level study in business or health policy, strong Excel skills, and 25 hours per week availability. HUBZone residents are encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes collaboration with the Project Management Office and data analytics support

Description

The candidate will support the CMS Compliance Support for Multiple Models (CSMM) contract. In support of this contract, RELI provides extensive compliance, monitoring, auditing, participant vetting, and data analytics support for four value-based care alternative payment models (APMs) encompassing both primary care and specialized clinical domains. On this contract, we develop and implement strategic compliance plans, methodological approaches, and standard operating procedures to drive improvements, innovation, and efficiencies in healthcare. RELI's work on CSMM verifies provider groups participating in the models comply with all participation agreement and/or final rule requirements; and extends to the development and implementation of a multi-dimensional risk framework tool to proactively identify and investigate potential and actual risks within and across the four APMs.
