Job summary

Tanknology is seeking a Compliance Field Technician apprentice in the Dallas - Fort Worth Arlington area. You will learn through an apprenticeship style program until certified, working on multiple sites to perform testing, installations, and repairs using TANCS to log findings.

The role requires safety focus, a strong work ethic, and willingness to travel with some overnight stays as needed. High school diploma or GED is required.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical tasks.
• Commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
• Willingness to travel across multiple states and stay overnight as needed.
• Ability to operate on various job sites and use our software TANCS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and surveys.
• Perform leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping systems.
• Install equipment and test tank gauge systems.
• Enter and analyze test results, communicating findings to the Operations team.
• Manage and report inventory of parts and supplies on your vehicle.
