Job summary

RTX is seeking a qualified candidate for its Estimating & Pricing group in the United States, within the E&P Compliance Team, to support the delivery of compliant proposals through rigorous reviews of content.

Responsibilities include reviewing Basis of Estimates, cost volumes, and CER development, while ensuring FAR and CAS compliance and guiding leadership with best-practice strategies.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS/TINA and other Government Procurement regulations.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Review Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for support, clarity, and compliance with FAR and internal policies.
• Review Cost Volumes and audit responses for compliance and quality.
• Develop and execute FAR 15-2 compliant strategies to improve performance.
• Provide guidance to management on compliant proposal approaches.
• Apply program and customer dynamics in decision making with balanced analysis.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure timely actions.
• Support development of Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
• Ensure Estimating System rating remains Adequate.
• Communicate accurate information to stakeholders with relevant audience.
• Provide actionable intelligence to management based on analysis.
