As an Advanced Certification Engineer at Honeywell, you will lead and manage the certification process for our products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise in certification strategies and technical guidance will be vital for the successful certification and ongoing compliance of our products.

Join Honeywell and contribute significantly to our commitment to quality and compliance. You will report directly to the Sustaining Engineering Manager and work from our Muncie, Indiana location. Your role will impact Honeywell by ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining product quality, reducing time-to-market, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement in the certification process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Lead and manage the certification process for our products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Develop and implement certification strategies and plans for new products.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to product certification.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
US Person Requirement

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates must be U.S. persons, which includes U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with protected status under asylum or refugee status, or those able to obtain export authorization.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product certification.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
