Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Compliance /Staff Trainer for J. Walter Wood in Montgomery, Alabama. The role supports youth-focused programs and emphasizes a safe, structured environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of auditing and training experience, with preferred PREA and CARF knowledge. Working schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

To be considered you should:

• Have a Bachelors Degree
• Have at least 4 years experience in auditing and training- Preferred knowledge in PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) and CARF
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00 PM
