Location

The position is based in one of the following offices: Atlanta, Baltimore, Northern Virginia, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Short Hills, Washington, DC, or Wilmington. It offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in organization and first level review of background checks for potential timekeeper candidates.
  • Track issues from identification through resolution.
  • Assist in monitoring attorney licensing compliance.
  • Review and research compliance requests from firm attorneys and business professionals.
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of databases.
  • Research public records using public websites.
  • Perform database research and data entry.
  • Compile and organize information from various internal firm sources to support OGC projects.

Desired Skills
  • Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
  • Office experience in a law firm or other legal environment supporting paralegals and/or attorneys preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with paralegals, attorneys and internal clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing high volume of complex data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality regarding the OGC’s work and data sharing.
Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum Years of Experience

2 years of success working in a fast‑paced legal environment.
