You will monitor Medicaid and federal/state regulations, conduct internal chart and billing reviews, track corrective actions, prepare for surveys, and collaborate with staff to translate regulatory requirements into practical practices within a growing agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare compliance, QA, or auditing (PAS/PHC experience is a major plus).
• Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines or home care regulations highly preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
