Job summary

Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to uphold our high standards of quality and integrity.

You will monitor Medicaid and federal/state regulations, review charts and billing, and lead corrective action efforts to minimize risks while supporting safe, compliant care for clients. You'll collaborate with staff to navigate complex regulations, prepare for inspections, and promote best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare compliance, QA, or auditing (PAS/PHC experience is a major plus!)
• Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines or home care regulations highly preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
