Job summary

Legacy Home Health Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our quality standards, ensuring our operations are seamless, our documentation is flawless, and our clients receive safe, compliant care.

You’ll monitor Medicaid and federal/state regulations, conduct internal reviews of charts and billing, track corrective action plans, prepare our team for surveys, and partner with staff to reinforce best practices—driving continuous improvement in care compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare compliance, QA, or auditing (PAS/PHC experience is a major plus!)
• Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines or home care regulations—highly preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
