Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is helping a fast-growing benefits technology leader in Carmel, IN by hiring a Compliance & Contracts Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. You will review and redline customer contracts, draft internal policies, and support regulatory and banking compliance during a period of transition with partner banks.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Security/IT, and Operations to enforce compliant terms and strengthen processes as the function matures. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and redlining contracts from a legal/compliance perspective.
• Background in policy writing, review, and administration.
• Banking or financial regulatory compliance experience is a strong plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.
• Healthcare or insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• No specific degree or certification required.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a fast-growing, category-leading company in the employee benefits technology space, helping organizations offer more flexible, personalized health insurance options to their employees. Still operating with a startup mentality despite significant scale and growth, the company is investing in building out a stronger compliance and legal support function as it heads into its busiest season of the year.

This is a contract to hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys getting into the details of contracts, policy, and regulatory work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
