Job summary

Sentara Health seeks a Compliance Consultant in Virginia Beach to support the enterprise Conflict of Interest process and collaborate across care delivery and payor functions. The role is hybrid with in-office presence two to three days per week and requires attendance at on-site meetings throughout the year.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and OHCC/AIHC/CIA certifications, with at least two years in compliance and two years in project management.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• OHCC (Office Healthcare Compliance), AIHC or CIA certifications are preferred.
• 2 years in Compliance and 2 years in Project Management are required.

Overview:

Compliance Consultant

The Compliance Consultant role will primarily support the enterprise Conflict of Interest process . The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:

Prior experience managing Conflict of Interest matters is not required; however, it wou ld be highly beneficial. The individual in this role must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. This position will support both care delivery and payor functions across the health system .

The candidate must be comfor table working in a fast-paced environment and have experience engaging with senior leadership an d executive stakeholders.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $67,724.80 - $114,712.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
