Job Description

The Compliance Client Services Strategist Sr Principal role is responsible for the development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of Prime's Compliance program specific to the State Public Sector (SPS), Government Programs (GP), and Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP) lines of business.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement compliance strategy in support of SPS, GP, and EGWP.
  2. Define and build mechanisms for capturing and understanding compliance risk within these areas for visibility to Prime’s leaders.
  3. Establish and grow strategic partnerships with SPS and GP business stakeholders and leaders.
  4. Develop and manage resources and tools needed to support compliance and contractual obligations.
  5. Ensure proper oversight and monitoring practices are in place across these business areas.
  6. Plan and prepare for new business opportunities and expansions, ensuring visibility and alignment.
  7. Represent Compliance during RFPs and implementation processes to ensure contractual commitments align with compliance support models.
  8. Develop and deliver executive-level reports on the health of compliance programs.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business management, information management, or related area, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in legal, compliance, or related fields.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Employees must adhere to security responsibilities and legal requirements.

Salary range: $124,000 - $211,000, based on experience and skills.
