Job Description

The Compliance Client Services Strategist Sr Principal role is responsible for the development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of Prime's Compliance program specific to the State Public Sector (SPS), Government Programs (GP), and Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP) lines of business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance strategy supporting SPS, GP, and EGWP.
  • Define and build mechanisms for capturing and understanding compliance risk within these areas for visibility to Prime’s leaders.
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships with SPS and GP stakeholders and leaders.
  • Develop and manage resources and tools needed to support compliance and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure proper oversight and monitoring practices are in place across these business areas, bringing synergy to the overall compliance oversight and monitoring plans.
  • Plan and prepare for new business opportunities and expansions, ensuring visibility and establishing compliance support structures.
  • Represent Compliance during RFPs and implementation processes to ensure alignment with compliance programs, including the 7 elements of an effective compliance program.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reports on the health of the compliance programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business management, information management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in legal, compliance, or related fields.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Operate computer and office equipment.
  • Communicate effectively; exchange accurate information.

All employees must adhere to security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policies.

Potential pay ranges from $124,000 to $211,000 depending on experience and skills.
