T1 Energy is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure operational integrity across third-party warehouses, auditing storage, inspecting outbound shipments, and verifying adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to solving problems, with regular travel to off-site facilities and collaboration with logistics, quality, and production teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or compliance auditing.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and ad hoc audits of third-party warehouses to ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Inspect outbound shipments for accuracy, packaging integrity, labeling, and documentation compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of audits, inspections, and compliance reports; support internal and external audits.
• Serve as the liaison between internal teams and third-party warehouse personnel and escalate issues as needed.
