Responsibilities include interviewing personnel, analyzing complex data, and drafting audit reports with findings and recommendations. A BA or equivalent plus CCBCO preferred; minimum 2 years regulatory experience.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Compliance Auditor II is responsible for assisting in the completion of the regulatory compliance audit schedule for QCR Holdings, Inc., and its subsidiaries. Perform operational, functional, and compliance reviews and testing. Work closely with other audit staff and bank management to ensure timely completion of compliance audits.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Continually develop and expand compliance audit skills as well as develop best practices.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
The minimum salary range for this position is $65,000 annually. The actual starting salary will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
