Scott & Associates, PC is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Plano, TX to join our team. This full-time clerical role focuses on supporting compliance programs, preparing audit data, and assisting in reporting to agencies.

The position is based in our Plano office and involves collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate has at least two years of general office or QA experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' general office, outbound call center, call monitoring, or quality assurance experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point; ability to operate basic office equipment; proficient with internet research.

Responsibilities

• Assigns monthly training and assists employees with training inquiries.
• Prepares compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing information.
• Supports departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors.
• Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects for auditors.
• Answers compliance questions and responds to requests.
• Evaluates complaints and determines appropriate action per Client Work Standards.
