Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Compliance Audit & Contract Support Coordinator to help coordinate audits, manage contract records, and track corrective actions. The role supports regulatory readiness, efficiency, and adherence to organizational policies within KRMC’s healthcare environment.

The position emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, data management, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare, compliance, administrative, legal, audit, contract management, or professional office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with planning, coordinating, and conducting compliance and risk management audits under departmental direction.
  • Reviews contract files for completeness and required supporting documentation; monitors contract review workflows.
  • Maintains accurate audit, compliance, and contract tracking databases; develops standard reports for leadership and regulatory readiness.
  • Performs data validation, quality assurance reviews, and record reconciliation activities; supports operational efficiency.

Position Purpose

The Compliance Audit & Contract Support Coordinator supports the organization's compliance, audit, and contract management functions by coordinating audit activities, maintaining accurate records, tracking corrective actions, and assisting with contract administration. Key Responsibilities
Compliance Audit Coordination
  • Assists with planning, coordinating, and conducting compliance and risk management audits under departmental direction.
  • Collects, reviews, and organizes audit documentation, supporting evidence, and audit workpapers.
  • Tracks audit findings, corrective action plans, and follow-up activities to support timely resolution.
Contract Administration Support
  • Reviews contract files for completeness and required supporting documentation.
  • Monitors contract review workflows, exclusion screenings, and approval requirements.
  • Maintains contract records within the contract management system in accordance with organizational policies and document retention requirements.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Maintains accurate audit, compliance, and contract tracking databases.
  • Performs data validation, quality assurance reviews, and record reconciliation activities.
  • Develops and distributes standard reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and regulatory readiness purposes.
Administrative and Department Support
  • Maintains departmental records, logs, and documentation to support operational efficiency.
  • Assists with preparation for regulatory surveys, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Participates in departmental projects, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of department and organization.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare, compliance, administrative, legal, audit, contract management, or professional office environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze information, track deliverables, and maintain confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Work Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to review detailed electronic and paper documentation.
  • Primarily office-based environment with occasional participation in meetings, audits, and departmental rounding activities.
  • May require interaction with clinical and non-clinical departments throughout the organization.
