We are seeking a Compliance Associate to join our team!
The Compliance Associate will primarily oversee asset management of Self-Help's New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) lending program. This program aims to catalyze investments in distressed communities, especially in financing community facilities serving low-income populations. In recent funding cycles, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s CDFI Fund awarded $155 million NMTC allocation to Self-Help for impactful projects including educational and healthcare facilities.
