Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic automotive compliance professional to join our growing and dynamic team. This career-minded individual will help ensure compliance across vehicle sales, finance, and title work.

Responsibilities include updating FTC Safeguards, Red Flags, Privacy Notices, maintaining DOT records, updating licenses, Reynolds system data, and supporting platforms such as VAuto, DealerTrack, DocuSign, Carfax and Ally. Travel to Ciocca dealerships is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in compliance, training, automotive sales, finance, title, or title work preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience and knowledge of federal and state compliance regarding vehicle sales and finance
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, and Internet browsers

Responsibilities

• Updating FTC Safeguards, Red Flags and Privacy Notices
• Focus on internal audits to reduce risks
• Updating of dealership and sales licenses (PALS), banking licenses, criminal histories, PAA certifications, Dealer Agent Service system
• Maintain records for DOT
• Point contact for employees for Reynolds
• Updating Reynolds system with form and information relating to the variable operation
• Manage and provide support to our variable platforms including, but not limited to, VAuto, DealerTrack, DocuSign, Carfax, Ally
• Travel to all Ciocca Automotive Dealerships
