Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic automotive compliance professional to join our growing team in Pennsylvania. This full-time role focuses on regulatory compliance, internal audits, and ensuring accurate licensing across multiple systems.

You will manage updates to FTC safeguards, privacy notices, and licensing, while supporting platforms like VAuto, DealerTrack, and DocuSign. Travel to Ciocca dealerships nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in compliance, training, automotive sales, finance, title, or title work preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience and knowledge of federal and state compliance regarding vehicle sales and finance
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, and Internet browsers

Responsibilities

• Updating FTC Safeguards, Red Flags and Privacy Notices
• Focus on internal audits to reduce risks
• Updating of dealership and sales licenses (PALS), banking licenses, criminal histories, PAA certifications, Dealer Agent Service system
• Maintain records for DOT
• Point contact for employees for Reynolds
• Updating Reynolds system with form and information relating to the variable operation
• Manage and provide support to our variable platforms including, but not limited to, VAuto, DealerTrack, DocuSign, Carfax, Ally
• Travel to all Ciocca Automotive Dealerships
