Role: Inventory Compliance Manager

Location: Monson, MA

Exempt

Your Impact:

1. Set strategic direction for ensuring the facility is compliant with accurate inventory processes, in partnership with the facility leadership team.
2. Set up cycle count processes, documentation requirements, product count process, and inventory compliance standards.
3. Conduct daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product; accounting and reporting of inventory surplus, product returns, waste and damages.
4. Ensure compliance with all State, City, County, and cannabis regulatory body requirements.
5. Train, mentor, coach and develop others on inventory and compliance processes.
