What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and execute the Regulatory Intelligence communication strategy
- Promote awareness and communication of compliance and regulatory change management initiatives
- Research and respond to inquiries from external clients and stakeholders
- Prepare position papers on proposed federal and state public policy and rule changes
- Support new client implementations across all lines of business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 8 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance-related roles within healthcare or a highly regulated industry
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous leadership or people management experience
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC)
- Advanced degree in a related area of study, such as Juris Doctor
- Knowledge and experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and/or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience in developing and assessing enterprise compliance and ethics training programs
