Attribution Search in New York seeks a Compliance Analyst to join its Legal & Compliance team. The role offers exposure across the business and collaboration with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

You will support monitoring, regulatory reporting, and governance processes, helping to maintain records and implement new compliance initiatives while fostering a strong culture of compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience within Compliance, Risk, Operations, or related control function.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Interest in financial markets and investment management.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day operation of the firm's compliance monitoring and control framework.
• Monitor trading activity and investigate exceptions, alerts, and potential policy breaches.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, and internal governance processes.
• Review positions and transactions for regulatory and internal policy adherence.
• Work closely with Trading, Operations, Risk, and Legal to support compliance objectives.
• Maintain compliance records, documentation, and management information.
• Assist with regulatory change projects and the implementation of new compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to fostering a strong culture of compliance across the business.
