Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Compliance Analyst to coordinate and complete government, regulatory, and compliance documentation across multiple business units. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure timely and accurate submission of relevant documents, supporting the organization’s compliance efforts.

The position involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documents, aligning activities with standards, and maintaining records.

Position Summary

• Support the organization’s governance frameworks by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and facilitate compliance processes.
• Assist in the development and improvement of procedural workflows related to regulatory and compliance documentation.
• Perform a variety of related tasks as needed and may lead or oversee the work of others in the team.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in compliance, regulatory coordination, or related fields.
• Familiarity with standard compliance concepts, practices, and procedures within the domain.
• Ability to utilize limited experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
