Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a compliance data analyst to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of compliance data from multiple sources, identifying trends and developing metrics and reporting for key stakeholders. You will support day-to-day commercial compliance activities, identify compliance concerns, develop communications and training, and assist with audit preparation and remediation.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing large sets of data with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel with Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and coordinate actions with subject matter experts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience is required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting compliance monitoring, audits, or commercial compliance activities is preferred.

• Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Onsite Position!
• Pay range starts at $40+/hr!
• 12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

• Position will be in charge of managing multiple compliance workflows and projects while collaborating with commercial, legal, financial compliance, and ethics stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance controls are followed.

Qualifications
