About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: In-person

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level summaries
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and other stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather context and validate insights
• Use existing data sources and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and business improvement

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, or Data Analysis roles
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Experience analyzing both operational and financial data
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly to executives
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar reporting and visualization tools
