Job summary

Tandym-Group is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst (CR/511968) in New York, NY. Hybrid role with a focus on administering and optimizing a complex Workday HCM environment. 3–6 month assignment, hourly pay 80–90 USD, onsite several days required for NYC area.

The candidate will own Workday processes, manage master data, partner with HR and payroll, and drive continuous improvement across the system. Experience with Workday reporting and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience, including significant hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Strong expertise supporting and maintaining Workday Business Processes in a production environment.
• Deep understanding of Workday core HCM data structures, organizational structures, and master data management.
• Experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and workforce administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and self-service functionality.
• Proven ability to work directly with HR leadership and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to function independently in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
