Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst / BI / Analytics role.
• Experience creating dashboards and KPI reporting for executives.
• Experience analyzing both operational and financial data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executives.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

A community services organization in New York City is seeking a Business Analyst to support executive decision-making through reporting, dashboards, KPI development, and data analysis.

About the Opportunity:

• Hours: Standard business

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level summaries
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and other stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather context and validate insights
• Use existing data sources and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and business improvement

Qualifications:
