Job summary

ThinkTech is hiring a Compliance Analyst to help clients navigate compliance frameworks, maintain audit readiness, and track actions turning plans into progress.

You’ll gain exposure to IT compliance, audit support, GRC, risk, and cybersecurity across multiple frameworks, industries, and client environments, working in a hybrid Raleigh/Greensboro setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance support, audit support, IT, GRC, risk management, or a related field.
• Exposure to one or more compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, HIPAA, SOC 2, CMMC, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance assessments across frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, HIPAA, SOC 2, CMMC, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Identify and document compliance gaps and required actions.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence.
• Track remediation activities and help ensure action items stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with technical teams and clients to move compliance initiatives forward.
• Participate in compliance planning meetings and status reviews.
• Maintain compliance information within GRC platforms.

We're looking for a Compliance Analyst to help clients navigate compliance frameworks, maintain audit readiness, and track the actions that turn compliance plans into measurable progress.

This role is ideal for someone who has exposure to IT compliance, audit support, GRC, risk, or cybersecurity and wants to build broader experience across multiple frameworks, industries, and client environments

What You’ll Do

• Support compliance assessments across frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, HIPAA, SOC 2, CMMC, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001
• Identify and document compliance gaps and required actions
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence
• Track remediation activities and help ensure action items stay on schedule
• Coordinate with technical teams and clients to move compliance initiatives forward

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance support, audit support, IT, GRC, risk management, or a related field
• Exposure to one or more compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, HIPAA, SOC 2, CMMC, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For

• Experience using GRC or compliance management platforms
• Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, or remediation efforts
• Security+, CISA, CMMC-RP, or similar certifications (or active pursuit of certification)
• Exposure to ControlMap, IntelliGRC, Apptega, or similar platforms
• Hybrid work environment based out of our Raleigh or Greensboro office

Compensation

• Base salary: $52,000 - $65,000 annually
• Eligible for profit sharing
• Overtime eligibility as applicable
