Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in compliance support or related IT risk roles.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance assessments across multiple frameworks.
• Identify and document gaps and required actions.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence.
• Track remediation activities and schedules.
• Coordinate with technical teams and clients.
• Participate in planning meetings and status reviews.
