Our industry-leading client are seeking a Compliance Analyst to work in a hybrid capacity in the Atlanta Metro area.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience supporting HR auditing, compliance, reporting, and oversight processes
• HRIS experience, preferably with Workday or UKG
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Ability to identify trends, findings, and potential compliance gaps within HR data
• Experience developing reports and communicating findings to leadership teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Experience presenting data‑driven insights and recommendations to business leaders
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities
• Flexibility to support Pacific Time business hours as needed
