We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, and completing compliance projects to ensure that our teams and clients meet federal, state, and local requirements. This role involves staying current with regulations such as HIPAA and ACA, managing compliance incidents and breaches, and providing guidance to achieve and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, develop, and complete compliance projects to ensure adherence to applicable laws.
• Stay updated on regulations such as HIPAA and ACA.
• Manage and investigate compliance incidents, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to achieve compliance efficiently.
• Conduct compliance reviews during onboarding and collaborate with internal teams.
• Perform regular audits and reviews of organizational practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on compliance activities and outcomes.
• Organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Respond to client inquiries through research and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional compliance certification (e.g., CCEP) is a plus.
