Ramp is seeking a senior investigator to scale its compliance systems. You’ll move from running cases to building AI-driven workflows, partnering with Engineering to calibrate model outputs and document governance for automated decisions.

You’ll leverage your TM Alerts, AML, and EDD expertise to drive scalable, auditable processes and help Ramp reduce risk across financial operations. You’ll stay closely aligned with FCC day-to-day activities while enabling production-grade automation and

Formación

• 5+ years of financial services experience in compliance, AML, or related regulatory advisory roles.
• Demonstrated senior-investigator experience across TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews.
• Direct experience testing, labeling, or evaluating AI/ML model outputs, or strong aptitude and demonstrated fast ramp-up if new to formal model evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling on automation experiments and AI initiatives across TM, sanctions, complex fraud, and EDD.
• Design and run labeling and tagging workflows for model outputs with a structured, documented pipeline.
• Define and maintain test sets, scenario coverage, and evaluation frameworks for compliance AI tools.
• Own the documentation and governance layer for every automated or AI-assisted decision point.
• Work with the FCC team to understand current workflows to guide innovative solutions.
• Recommend automation and AI adoption decisions with evidence and elevate model-risk trade-offs to leadership.
