A leading credit foundation seeks a Compliance Advisor responsible for ensuring adherence to laws and regulations. The role involves evaluating compliance policies, responding to inquiries, and supporting staff training. Compensation: $59,000 - $80,000 based on experience and credentials
Location Type: Remote (Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia or Wisconsin only)
Position Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
It is required to have experience in reviewing regulations, interpreting regulatory requirements, identifying areas needing correction action to achievecompliance, and preventing potential violations.
The Compliance Advisor is responsible for ensuring an organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and standards. They monitor regulatory developments, staying informed about industry regulations, providing regulatory guidance while strategizing through collaboration with other departments to ensure adherence to regulations.
