Power Storage Solutions in Dallas, TX seeks a Compliance Administrator to join our Safety & Compliance team. You will manage documentation, training, audits, and customer requirements to keep us audit-ready and compliant with OSHA, DOT, and industry standards.
You will collaborate with Safety, Operations, HR, and leadership to maintain policies, certificates, and records, coordinate insurance docs, and prepare for regulatory reviews.

We're looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Safety & Compliance team and help keep our organization organized, audit-ready, and ahead of regulatory and customer requirements.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping multiple moving pieces on track. You'll work closely with Safety, Operations, HR, and leadership to manage compliance documentation, training, certifications, audits, and customer requirements.
An associate degree or relevant certifications such as OSHA 30, COSS, CCEP, or DOT compliance training are preferred but not required.
Compliance doesn't happen by accident. You'll be the person making sure the right documentation is in the right place, the right training happens on time, and we're ready when a customer or auditor comes knocking.
