GEO Corrections & Detentions seeks a compliance and accreditation specialist to oversee the Compliance Department and drive audits, assessment tools, and policy alignment. You will communicate rules, train staff, and represent the organization during audits.

You will supervise auditors, collaborate with managers, maintain accreditation data, and support the Quality Control Program across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with 3 years experience in corrections, law enforcement, or related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Compliance Department and develop/update assessment tools to monitor compliance activities.
• Interpret compliance and accreditation criteria based on organization, client, or third-party requirements.
• Ensure policies and procedures adhere to guidelines and report findings with recommendations.
