Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Administrator to serve as the facility’s expert on compliance and accreditation.

You will develop, maintain, and revise assessment instruments to monitor compliance and prepare management reports on effectiveness. You will communicate rules and guidelines across departments, partner with managers to achieve compliance, and participate in projects impacting region or organization.

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and present reports and documentation.
• Proficiency with standard computer software used in the department.

Responsibilities

• Review facility operations to identify compliance issues and document findings.
• Develop instruments to determine departmental compliance.
• Communicate rules, regulations and guidelines to all areas of the facility.
• Coordinate with managers to gain compliance and implement improvements.
• Support audits and liaise with external parties on compliance matters.
